CSA’s Big & Little Program brings members together through mentorship, friendship, and shared experiences. The program gives members the opportunity to connect with people they may not otherwise meet, while creating a welcoming support system within the CSA community. Bigs and Littles get to know each other through family bonding, socials, reveals, and events throughout the year, forming connections that often grow into lasting friendships.
